How it works

Three days free. Pay one piece at a time. See progress every day.

Send your idea and I reply with a technical plan. The first three days of development are free. If the app is done, launching it costs $200; if not, you pay for one week at a time and approve each week's build before the next one starts.

From idea to launch

You never pay for the whole project up front.

  1. 1

    Send your idea

Describe the app and leave your email. I reply with a technical plan: stack, what the first 3 days will cover, and what it costs to finish.

  2. 2

    Free 3-day build

Real development on the parts that matter most, with a plan each morning and a summary each evening.

  3. 3

    Done? Launch for $200

I deploy the backend, submit to both stores, and transfer the code to you.

  4. 4

More to build? Weekly or fixed

$800 a week, paid one week at a time, or a fixed price for the rest.

  5. 5

    3 months free maintenance

Bug fixes and OS updates on me for the first three months after launch.

After day 3: three ways to continue, each paid one piece at a time

The app is done

Launch — $200

  1. You pay the $200 Launch fee
  2. I deploy the backend to your cloud account
  3. I submit to the App Store and Google Play and handle review
  4. Code transferred, 3 months of free maintenance start

There's more to build

Weekly — $800 a week

  1. You pay for the next week before it starts
  2. Plan every morning, summary every evening
  3. End of week: installable build, demo, checklist
  4. You approve and book the next week — or stop

You want a total up front

Fixed price — quoted

  1. I quote the rest after the free 3 days
  2. We sign a written scope split into milestones
  3. You pay a milestone, I build it, you approve it
  4. Launch is included in the quote

Daily reporting

A plan every morning, a summary every evening.

Everything lands on your private project page: each week or milestone and its status, what's been paid, and a daily log you can read in two minutes.

  • Morning plan— what I'll ship today, in plain English.
  • Evening summary— what shipped, what's next, and the build you can install.
  • Needs you— anything I'm waiting on, called out so it never sits in a thread.
  • End-of-week review — an installable build, a short demo and a checklist of what got done.

How the code gets written

AI writes the code. I own the result.

Claude Code and Codex do most of the typing. Everything that decides whether your app works — architecture, review, testing, release — stays with one senior engineer.

AI does

The bulk of the code

  • Screens, endpoints and data models from a written spec
  • Tests and fixtures alongside the code
  • Refactors and upgrades that used to take days

I do

Every decision that matters

  • Architecture, data model and model-call design
  • Read every diff before it reaches your repo
  • Test on real iPhones and Android phones, then ship

You get

Speed without the gamble

  • Three days of real development, free
  • $200 to launch, $800 a week if there's more
  • Visible progress every day, on your project page

FAQ

About payment and reporting.

What can I get in the free 3 days?

Anything you want built — the app, the backend, the AI features. I start with what matters most to you. If the app is simple, it may be finished in those 3 days; then Launch is a flat $200. If not, you'll have working builds on your phone and a clear picture of what's left.

What does the $200 Launch include?

Deploying the backend to production on your cloud account, submitting the app to the App Store and Google Play, handling review feedback until both apps are approved, and transferring the code. It doesn't cover rejections caused by the app's concept breaking store policy, and the developer accounts, hosting and OpenAI usage are paid by you, in your name.

How does weekly billing work?

$800 per week. You pay for a week before it starts, I build with a plan each morning and a summary each evening, and you get an installable build and demo at the end of the week. Stop after any week. If you'd rather know the total up front, I'll quote a fixed price for the rest after the free 3 days.

Is the code written by AI?

Mostly, yes — that's how real progress fits into three free days and why the prices are this low. Claude Code and Codex write most of the code. I design the architecture, break the work into small reviewable changes, read every diff, and test on real devices. If something breaks, it's on me, not the tool.

How do we work across time zones?

I'm in UTC+8. You get a written plan when my day starts and a summary when it ends, on your project page: what shipped, what's next, and anything I need from you. We talk on a call whenever a decision needs one.
